Gentle Oak Veterinary Clinic

Thank you so much to Dr Lee who gave us hope and positivity when our Momo was ill and we were so afraid we might lose him. She was not only patient listening to my endless list of fears, questions and doubts, she shared logical advice and at all times, put momo’s welfare ahead of anything else. She gave me assurance and calmed my hubby and I down, something I desperately needed and wasn’t able to get out from the other vet and clinic that momo used to be visiting. She didn’t insist or ask me to put momo through more scary tests as she didn’t felt it was necessary to tramautize my poor baby further. She recommended holistic treatment and changes to diet and some painkiller where necessary. Momo is going back to see Dr Lee for Bowen therapy and I sensed that he like her! He is seldom as calm when visiting a vet as the previous vet always freaks the poor boy out and was never too kind in the way they handled him for so many tests that they asked me to put him through. The vet techs at Gentle Oaks are equally patient, sweet and reassuring. This is the vet I will stay with. Pity i didn’t bring momo to see Dr Lee much earlier, (didn’t know of her till Oct 2017 when momo fell ill) or I am sure momo will not have to go through those unnecessary pains of being misdiagnosed by previous vet.
